Step-by-Step Instructions
0. Review our Makerspace Policy
- We can print ready-made designs (like those you find online) that take under four hours.
- We can print your own designs that will be done by 9AM the following day.
- Longer prints require permission. We’re more likely to say yes to prints you’ve designed, improved through trial and error, or that have a significant purpose.
- If there’s a problem with the printers, please tell a staff member right away.
- Printers are available on a first-come, first-served basis, or you can reserve one via email or in person
- Prints must be checked and approved by a supervisor before being sent to the printer.
- When a print fails and you want to reprint it, please prepare an explanation as to what you think caused the print failure, and how you have fixed it. If you aren't sure what went wrong, or how to fix it, ask the supervisor for help working through the issue.
